The Role
The AFS Administration Support role will work to provide administration support for the Reactive Maintenance team and across the Asset Field Services division as directed. This includes budgeting, analysis, communication & reporting such as EOM & EOY. The role will also oversee and manage emergency water meter replacement data capture, system inputs and liaise with relevant field staff to ensure accurate customer bills are generated.
The main requirements of the role include (but are not limited to): Produce EOM & EOY reports & supporting the monitoring of costs and variances to budgets. Producing budget import files Process monthly accrual costs against each maintenance activity. Provide cost analysis investigation & support. Support productivity improvement initiatives identified across the Reactive Maintenance Team Verify accuracy of data received from field works via Maximo Update billing systems (CC&B) to reflect new asset ID’s on individual customer accounts Field work order reviews to support contract managers
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following; Demonstrated experience in managing internal and external stakeholders (Communication skills Demonstrated experience in administration support Strong customer focus, ability to establish customer service improvements Demonstrated ability to problem solve Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate and justify recommendations of your technical strategies Excellent time management skills and an ability to multitask
