What will you create?

You’ll help Australian businesses create long-term value through the management of health, safety and wellbeing risks including psychological (mental health), while also helping them make a positive contribution to society and the communities in which they operate. Together we build trust in society and solve important problems.

 

Trust and Risk brings this to life by helping clients to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business; from people to performance, systems to strategy and business plans to business resilience.

 

As an HSW Associate in our Trust and Risk team your impact will be seen by:

  • Assisting clients in assessing material HSW issues and risks and supporting HSW due diligence; risk governance, strategy and assurance activities;

  • Working closely with clients and engagement teams to improve and report HSW performance in accordance with a wide range of frameworks

  • Supporting our client’s internal audit programs with specific HSW requirements and focus areas for example, third party HSW risk management or psychosocial risk management.

  • Supporting the delivery of HSW compliance audits and assurance programs on a wide range of HSW focus areas

  • Supporting HSW risk culture change programs

  • Building strong relationships with clients.

 

About you

  • You have recently completed an OHS qualification, for example Graduate Diploma of Work Health and Safety, Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, and you are looking to start your career in HSW.

  • You may have completed some HSW work experience in industry or in a professional services firm

  • You are interested in expanding your skills in HSW auditing or consulting in a growing team

  • You are interested in deepening your knowledge and understanding of HSW risk management

  • You are open to throwing yourself into new and challenging experiences and learning quickly as you go

 

You’re a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders. You have strong analytical skills and continually seek opportunities to improve processes and obtain insights from data.
