Lawley's Bakery, since 2003 has been baking European style breads and pastries. We have 16 Lawley's Café outlets in the Perth area as well as a wholesale following of cafes, hotels and catering companies.
This administration role will engage with our wholesale customers with daily ordering, regular business activities and Lawley's store administration. Located in Malaga, you will be joining an office team who work together as the Lawley's Bakery head office nucleus, coordinating all paperwork and orders with custom made software as well as interacting with customers over email, phone and online while supporting our retail outposts with daily orders.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Apart from answering phones and customer service, you will be exposed to basic accounts work, stock ordering, sales and promotional administration.

Skills and experience
Seeking a friendly person with a 'can do' attitude. The ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff is a must!
You will be required to answer telephones relating to customer orders and queries. Deal with customer incoming calls and emails for orders, purchase orders and daily production schedules. Part of your time will be assisting the business owners and other office staff with various jobs giving you the opportunity to learn many aspects of the baking industry and improve your existing knowledge and skills base.
