Christmas Customer Service Assistant
An exciting opportunity has opened up in our Customer Service and Online Processing team in a casual capacity for Christmas. This position requires the candidates to be available for a minimum of 25 hours per week Monday to Sunday including possible late nights.

- Identify and notify and buyers of repeat product issues and customer complaints.
- Ensure customer service levels are to the company standards.
