Manage fencing queries for Victoria and ensure case queue is being actively monitored along with assisting the team in a range of covenant applications and administration.



About the Role
As a part of this national team, you will play a key role in ensuring incoming fencing requests for Victoria are managed and processed in a timely and accurate manner. This includes daily monitoring of incoming queries, extensive stakeholder, contractor and customer engagement and the arrangement of purchase orders and associated administration to facilitate eligibility and payment. You will also play a key role in ensuring a consistent, high quality feel to our communities by managing the administration of the house design approval process for our residential business.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring case queue for fencing enquiries
  • Assessing eligibility and responsibility for fencing payment
  • Dealing with external contractors, stakeholders and customers
  • Managing administration and reviewing housing plans and designs
  • Composing, producing and ensuring design guidelines are kept up to date and reflective of builder feedback
  • Ensuring guidelines are clear and easy to understand for end customers
  • Managing customer and builder email enquiries



About You
  • You will be a high performing administration professional with previous experience in a similar role and comfortable working in fast paced environments
  • You will have high attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work, with the ability to multi-task
  • Well-developed inter-personal and communication skills coupled with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ideally have demonstrated experience in reading and interpreting house plans
  • The ability to work confidently both as part of a team and autonomously
  • You will bring your excellent time management and organizational skills
