The Role:



An exciting opportunity exists for enthusiastic casual administrative persons to join the team at Northern Health.



This role will support ongoing COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Clinics and any other administrative areas within the Health Service that requires assistance. We are looking for flexible, casual clerical staff who are interested in working across varying environments within Northern Health. Various shifts will be available 7 days per week at a HS1 classification.



To be successful in this role you will have to:



  • Be available at short notice to cover unplanned absences.
  • Be available week days and weekends (minimum of 3 shifts per week)
  • Fit, healthy, able to withstand long periods of time on your feet and not immunocompromised
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change and able to work in varying environments
  • Have a strong customer service focus in all interactions
  • Have excellent organisation and time management including proven integrity
  • Be a positive team player
  • Be attentive to detail
  • Be supportive, courteous and respectful with all communication encounters
  • Have demonstrated ability to manage under pressure
  • Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Be fully COVID and influenza vaccinated



Relevant training will be provided including the use of Personal Protective Equipment, which is required to be worn in most areas.
