We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Officers to join our team. The successful candidate will be required to work across our Perth Metro Centres, mainly Cannington and Morley Hearing Centres. This role will be reporting to the Centre Manager and we are also are looking to open our Centres on Saturdays – availability for Saturday will be required



During the day, this role will see you:-:

  • Positively greet clients, attend to all counter and telephone enquiries, Confirmation of appointments
  • Identify client’s need and provide excellent customer experience over the counter and telephone
  • Liaise extensively with our clients - many of whom are elderly and come from multicultural & Aboriginal and Strait Islander backgrounds
  • Reception and general administration duties – arranging client appointments, processing claims, data entry, etc
  • Offer professional advice and recommendation on assistive listening devices
  • Minor hearing aid repairs, accurate checking and management of the repairs – on job training will be provided
  • Assisting Clinicians with the provision of clinical services to our clients
  • Demonstration of the use of hearing aids and provide practice to clients
  • Electronic payments and daily settlement



We believe to be successful, the ideal candidate must have::

  • Customer service and/or sales targets experience in a health/related field highly desirable
  • A Driver licence and own vehicle to travel between centres as required
  • Excellent administration, communication and phone manner skills
  • Ability to learn things quickly and multi-task whilst working in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Availability for Saturdays
