About the Role

Our Employment Services team specialise in assisting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds via virtual platforms such as phone and email with the end goal of achieving sustainable employment outcomes.

We are looking for a welcoming and dynamic Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for our team and to:

  • Provide high level of customer service to all customers
  • Respond to high volume of phone calls/emails and triaging as appropriate
  • Provide quality administrative support and assistance to the wider team
  • Monitor inboxes and triaging as appropriate
  • Assisting with the development and production of reports
  • Ordering collateral and stationery for clients and the team
  • Managing all electronic documentation

This is a permanent, full-time role based on-site in Milton. Looking to start ASAP!

Remuneration commences at $48,293 - $50,981 p/a + 10% super + $15,990 packaging!

Requirements for Success!

You will have a well-developed telephone manner, strong administration and data entry skills and are committed to providing exceptional customer service!

You will have demonstrated experience in a high volume, fast paced environment and must be confident using a range of technologies.

You will have an acute attention to detail and strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Suite.

You are also a friendly and self-aware team player with the ability to build strong relationships

In addition to this you will:

  • Be a natural problem solver;
  • Ability to ensure all document compliance is in line with guidelines and requirements;
  • Certificate level qualification in Business Administration (or similar) and up to 12 months experience in a customer service role
