What will you do?

In this role, you will influence a families on boarding journey from inbound enquiry, outbound contact through to ongoing portfolio management.

  • Receive calls from parents who are looking to enrol in a G8 centre
  • Support parents through their on-boarding journey in to our G8 Early Learning centres
  • Provide parents will the information they need to make the best decision that will suit their family and child
  • Build strong connections with your families and ensure they are provided with the highest level of customer experience.

What makes you a great TSA Team Member?

  • Can-do positive attitude always ready to try new things with a high level of resilience
  • Can remain friendly and calm under pressure
  • Ability to learn fast and recover quickly from setbacks
  • Great with technology and system navigation

What do we need as a commitment from you?

  • Ability to work full time, 38 hours a week on a rotating roster between 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM Monday - Friday
  • Must have current Australian working rights
