As a Customer Value Specialist, you will support our customers via inbound calls handling Lending enquiries, assisting with maintenance on existing loans and processes while balancing team, customer, risk and performance outcomes. Hours of work are between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster. This role requires 3 weeks of face-to-face training (covid dependant) in the office to start.
