The Role

As a Customer Value Specialist, you will support our customers via inbound calls handling Lending enquiries, assisting with maintenance on existing loans and processes while balancing team, customer, risk and performance outcomes. Hours of work are between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster. This role requires 3 weeks of face-to-face training (covid dependant) in the office to start.

What you'll do

• Provide timely and accurate information on Lending enquiries, account enquiries, customer variations and processes via telephone and/or online channels
• Demonstrate the ability to listen, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed customers’ expectations and improve customer outcomes
• Contribute to a team culture that is balanced across people, customer, risk and performance.
• Practice Suncorp’s code of conduct by caring for others, being courageous and doing the right thing.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures and external requirements.

What you'll bring

• Experience in delivering high quality customer experience within required timeframes.
• Good problem solving and negotiation skills.
