The Role:
Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will ensure the effective operation of the Distribution Centre Support Office and manage daily activities of the Commercial reporting, customer service and administrative teams. Furthermore, you will promote and drive the delivery of exceptional service and ensure a cohesive working environment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the day to day activities of the customer service and administration teams.
  • Acting as an escalation point for client enquiries and complaints promoting the cohesiveness that exists between the DC and the Repco Stores
  • Ensuring training, development, and succession planning is carried out for the customer service and admin teams.
  • Communicating any service issues to other Managers via weekly meetings and the provision of customer issues graphs.
  • Timely receipt of inbound deliveries (1st Stage / 2nd Stage)
  • Management of Flo-thru process
  • Import container document control
  • Management of Store Assistance Call Centre
  • Maintenance of Suspense Report
  • Conducting service review meetings with key business areas to ensure that Repco Stores and Petrol and Convenience stores to ensure service expectations are met and where possible enhanced.
  • Ensure that payment of suppliers and service providers accounts are reconciled and in accordance with services provided.
  • Payroll submission
  • Commercial and KPI analysis and reporting

About You:

You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills together with high level Excel and ideally demonstrated experience in marketing administration. With a natural flair for juggling multiple priorities, you are an engaging, flexible leader with a passion to drive positive outcomes and results.
