The Town of Port Hedland is implementing a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Reporting to the ERP Project Manager, we are looking for a people person to work as part of the team to ensure that the organisation is prepared to take full advantage of the capabilities of the new system. The ERP Business Transformation Coordinator will be responsible for driving the changes to processes, culture and behaviours required to ensure the Town achieves its goals. This position is 0.6 FTE on a 2-year fixed term contract.
