Architectus has a rare opportunity Graduate HR Administrator to join our People Advisory team. If you have a desire to learn about all facets of the employee lifecycle and are eager to grow in a supportive fast-paced and dynamic environment we want to hear from you. You will be joining a national design studio with teams in 5 major cities.

The opportunity

You will be joining Architectus, a top top-tier architecture and design studio with specialist expertise in commercial, education, interiors, public, residential, transport, urban design, and planning.

This position is open to full-time or part-time to support any current study or lifestyle needs.

We will provide you with on the job training, guided learning plans, and leadership mentoring. You’ve just got to bring the right attitude.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the People Advisory inbox and respond to all first level queries
  • Proactively support the coordination and administration of all people matters across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, induction, and offboarding processes.
  • Be the system champion for all people systems
  • Support the team to manage the national People Advisory calendar of programs.
  • Supporting the preparation of group reports and internal audits.
  • All other reasonable duties that come up – no day is the same!

Experience and skills:

  • Degree qualified (or due to complete soon) in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working as an HR administrator or similar role would be advantageous
  • Open to feedback, coaching, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills – Adobe and Indesign would be a bonus
  • Natural strength in communication both written and verbal including confident presenting.
  • Flexible and out of the box thinker when it comes to problem-solving.
