In this highly rewarding role, you will be part of our Indigenous Student Services team in the Moondani Toombadool Centre and will be responsible for the administration of student services to students who identify as Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples in Vocational Education and Training (VET) Group and have enrolled in our VET programs.
Reporting to the Manager Indigenous Student Services, you will be expected to handle a range of activities to assist Indigenous students to access and participate in Vocational Education and Training opportunities, whilst providing quality customer service to contribute to the retention and positive graduate outcomes. In addition, you will respond to general queries about referrals to relevant support services (where required) for Indigenous VET Group students.
As the Indigenous Student Administrator - VET Group will contribute to the University’s Reconciliation Action Plan and participate in activities (as directed) to ensure the Indigenous Student Services team in the Moondani Toombadool Centre achieve its vision and deliver the 2025 Strategic Plan.
