The permanent part time Library Service Officer (Programs and Support) works within the Community Arts, Culture and Library Services Department, and at both Library sites, Springvale and Dandenong.

The successful applicant will have experience in engaging service delivery, an understanding of positive customer service principles, adult learning principles and experience working in a culturally and linguistically diverse environment. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for learning in a fast-paced environment and be motivated to support the delivery of a variety of library programs to engage with the community. An understanding and demonstrated experience of current technologies and willingness to embrace and explore emerging technologies relevant to libraries is essential.
Regular evening and weekend shifts are compulsory.
