Reporting to the National Logistics Coordinator Team Leader, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Fielding and resolving enquiries within an appropriate time frame
• Providing first call resolution whilst addressing customer expectations
• Master and daily schedule management to achieve service outcomes and manage fleet capacity
• Monitoring Visy stock levels at third party sites (3PP) to ensure all stock is correctly accounted for and returned in a timely manner
• Booking freight for both supply collected arrangements and return of Visy’s own stock held at third party sites
• Monitoring progress of logistics execution and resolving issues
• Clearly communicating with all stakeholders to ensure operational delivery

What you will bring to the team:

• Prior experience in a similar role or field
• Strong administrative and exceptional customer service experience
• Technically savvy with solid computer skills
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders
• Be a highly motivated, driven and organised individual who masters the art of prioritising
