About the role
The Mobilisation Support Officer will play a critical role in ensuring that our relationships and communications with internal stakeholders are relevant, strong and mutually beneficial. This includes informing internal key stakeholders of local/ organisational updates and build their capacity in member and volunteering processes and systems.
Key elements of the role will be the day to day use of member/ volunteer systems and processes and responding to enquiries and requests regarding membership and volunteering. The Mobilisation Support Officer will also support the rest of the team with key projects and initiatives when required.
