About the Role

This is an exciting time for the Newpin service and we are looking for a person who can fulfil the role of Support Officer within our program.

You will have a can do attitude and the ability to multi task as no two days will be the same, you will support multiple locations.

 

 

This role is responsible for:

  • Front line customer service for all enquiries, appointments and referrals for the service with the Service Manager
  • Provide quality customer service to all stakeholders with the ability to effectively engage and empower service seekers through both phone and face to face interactions
  • Keep client areas tidy and stocked at all times
  • ork across multiple sites to ensure administration tasks are completed
  • Organise customer bookings, review diaries, book rooms and schedule appointments including communication of customer cancellations and changes in bookings
  • Transport parents to and from the Newpin Centre
