Office Administration (Accounts and Data Entry)

  • Casual, part-time office administration work is available for the right person that wants to take ownership of supporting our team and our customers needs
  • This role covers 2 days per week, 6-8 hours per day. Your administrative colleague works on another 2 days per week.
  • It will commence as casual work for the successful applicant, to trial the role and determine working hours.



  • Our Caringbah Office is located in the hub of the Business District, with public transport, supermarkets, shops and cafés.


The role and what's involved

  • You are a key co-ordinator between our team of exercise physiologists (EPs), management, and our referring customers.
  • Our EPs are spread throughout Australia. They work remotely and you will assist them from the office using telephone, email, instant messaging, our software system, and video conferencing.
  • You will get a real sense of satisfaction assisting our team and customers.

Administrative support to our company leaders and wider team

  • Raising invoices
  • Sending invoices
  • Accounts payable (expenses)
  • Account reconciling (income and expenses)
  • Entering new referrals into our system
  • Allocating new referrals to our team
  • Quality review of data entered by our team
  • Raise and generate monthly data reports
  • Sending and receiving documentation
  • Order and post resources
  • General small office tasks (water plants, vacuum, tidy up, dispose of rubbish)


Your Skills and Experience

  • Savvy with computer technology
  • Numerical literacy
  • Good communicator
  • Work autonomously, and as part of a team, in a small office environment
  • Ability to follow systems and processes
  • Skilled in use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
