Classification: ANU Officer 5 (Administration)
Salary package: $74,782 - $81,579 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Fixed term, fulltime (up to 10 months)
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced office administrator with a strong attention to detail and a passion for providing outstanding support to the Development (Colleges) team.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, motivated and proactive, have an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Experience working with data and information presentation is highly desirable.
The Office Administrator will work under the direction of the Director, Development (Colleges) to support the day-to-day administration of the Development (Colleges) team. The position will interact with a range of stakeholders engaged in fundraising and engagement activities including College based Advancement staff, donors and benefactors, alumni, students, philanthropic organisations, volunteers and staff. The position is expected to develop networks and relationships within ANU and external contacts to undertake this role effectively. An important part of this role will be the ability to gather and manipulate data to develop and prepare reports, papers, briefings and presentations.
