My Gateway are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual, keen to get started in a* Part Time* Business Administration Traineeship within a medical clinic. As a part of this traineeship, you will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration.

The successful candidate will be required to work over two offices - one in Hurstville and another in Emerald Hills, as well as working from home one day a week.

This is a part time role offering 15-20 hours per week, with the role to potentially change to full time after February 2022.

During your on the job training, some of the tasks you will be required to complete will include:

  • Patient check in and check out
  • Billing EFT transactions
  • Processing Medicare claims
  • Learn practice management software
  • Booking calendar appointment
  • Records management
  • Issue invoices
  • Answer the phone and chase results on request for doctors
  • Managing patient files
  • General ADHOC duties
