About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for two versatile People Experience Business Partners to join UnitingSA’s People & Great Client Experience Team on a permanent full-time basis.
You will partner with our organisation to provide strategic and operational guidance, advice and support in relation to all aspects of People Experience. You will also build leadership capability to drive operational excellence and support, enabling our employees to fulfil their roles confidently and grow within a culture aligned to our Values of Respect, Compassion, Integrity and Courage.
About You
Applications are encouraged from contemporary professionals with proven business partnering experience in a large, complex organisation. The role will require energy and personal style to impact and influence others’ thinking, and at times have challenging conversations to create awareness and traction around the adoption of People Experience initiatives. The successful candidate will be a genuinely dynamic and proactive achiever demonstrating adaptability, resilience, integrity and authenticity.
The successful candidate will hold a current DHS NDIS Worker Check and Working With Children Check and provide evidence of up to date COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations.
