Provide admin support to a key federal government apprenticeship program in a contract assignment to the end of the year.
Hudson are currently working with a Federal Government Department, which assists to create and grow job opportunities in the community. Located in the CBD, this busy team has an immediate need for a Program Administrator to join them contract assignment to the end of the year.
In this role, you will support in the day-to-day management of stakeholder queries and requests, contribute to data analytics and reporting of program outcomes and administer the program's CRM system. More specifically your role will include:
Skills & Experience
Prior experience in a similar position, ideally within an apprenticeship/RTO environment or a Federal Government department, will be ideal. Relevant security and federal government clearances will be required.
Additionally, you will have strong verbal and written communication skills, sound time management skills and the ability to manage duties with competing demands.
In this role, you will be exposed to confidential business information, so you should also be able to demonstrate previous experience in this environment, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality in the workplace.
