About the Opportunity

 


Our client Pinz is seeking a Reception & Administration Assistant to become part of the team based out of their head office in Hendon, SA.

 


Reporting to the Office Manager, the role will be responsible for a variety of reception and administrative tasks that support the delivery of outstanding service to clients, and support team members. No day will be the same in this fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

 


Your tasks will include Reception duties such as (but not limited to):

  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Assisting customers, suppliers and other stakeholders with their enquiries.
  • Front of house duties such as greeting visitors, setting up and clearing meeting rooms and sign in processes.

You will also complete administrative support tasks such as:

  • Maintaining office stationary supplies, kitchen consumables and general housekeeping of the office areas.
  • Producing documentation, proof reading and data entry.
  • Supporting other team members with a wide variety of tasks in purchasing, office management, operations, stocktake, marketing, and more.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience and also for an entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn.

 


About You

 


The most important attributes that you can bring to this role are your engaging, helpful and friendly nature, and your willingness to support others. You will have a love of customer service and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Relevant experience as a Receptionist or Administrator would be great, but is not essential.

 


To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:

  • A friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, a love of helping others and working within a team.
  • The ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • To be proficient and confident in your knowledge/computer skills in a broad range of applications including Office365 programs (including Outlook, Word and Excel).
  • Great time management skills, a sense of urgency in your work and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail skills with a focus on ensuring accurate preparation of documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a professional telephone manner.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work unsupervised.
