About the Role
Managing our Darwin and Katherine disability services, you will be a leader in implementing client-centric service delivery to ensure that clients are supported to achieve their goals, enabling increased independence and inclusion in the community. This will require engaging face-to-face with clients, families, and employees, as well as providing leadership in strategic requirements such as quality standards and safeguarding practices. Reporting to the Director, Disability and Mental Health Services for the Territory, you will supervise a team of House Managers across Darwin and Katherine.

This is a twelve month parental leave contract that can be based from Darwin or Katherine.
Skills & Experience
