The Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) Vaccination Program includes the NSW Health Vaccination Centre at Sydney Olympic Park, Vaccination clinics at Mallet Street, Camperdown; Sydney International and Domestic Airport teams; Canterbury Hospital, NSW Health Quarantine Testing Program, the SLHD COVID Support Centre and the SLHD flying squads. It will also incorporate future vaccinations clinics established within the Sydney Local Health District. This program runs over seven days a week.

The Rostering Support Officer provides support and works with to the Rostering team to assist in the delivery of accurate, effective and timely pay runs. The role provides a high level of rostering support and staffing services to the multidisciplinary team. The position duties include, but not limited to assisting with day to day staffing, roster and payroll information, processing adjustments, pre and post pay run, and other reports and other administrative assistance to the leadership team.

There is an expectation that this position may be required to work across multiple sites within SLHD and over a seven day roster.


 

In accordance with the Public Health (COVID-19 Air Transportation Quarantine) Order (No 2) 2021, workers in a quarantine facility must, prior to commencement, have received at least the first dose of a covid-19 vaccine and agree that they will participate in testing for COVID- 19 in accordance with the requirements set out in the NSW Testing Program.

This is a Category A position. To be employed by NSW Health you are required to provide evidence of vaccination to comply with the NSW Health Occupational Assessment, Screening & Vaccination against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy (PD2020_017)
