Actively participate and support the coordination of activities to deliver endorsed learning and development programs and initiatives.- Ensure learning activities are accurately recorded within the department's learning management system in a timely manner. - Provide regular reports and updates on learning and development activities relevant to the team's schedule of work.- Provide data on organisationally endorsed learning and development activities. - Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and support quality learning and development activities that are appropriate to business needs.- Develop and maintain various communication channels with staff within the various teams, unit and divisions of the department. - Work as part of a multidisciplinary team within corporates services and other areas of the department to help identify and deliver organisationally endorsed learning and development activities and resources.- Support departmental training imperatives such as community recovery, cultural capability and other activities as identified by the Department.
