As a Teller you will be a natural people person with a passion for your local community and helping them with their everyday banking. We will train you to have real conversations tailored to what your customers’ need, in a way they understand and can relate to.
How will I help?
Tellers are the first point of contact for most of our branch based customers, so we need you to be engaging and friendly. Our team are customer focussed and really enjoy the work they do. You will have everyday banking conversations with the customers and handle transactions, you will also identify banking and lending needs and refer them on the relevant Personal Banker or Mortgage Lender.

What you’ll need to succeed
The key skill you will need for this role is a genuine desire to help customers and deliver the best service every time. You may not have banking experience, but that’s ok. We can teach you the banking side of the role. You will have a great attitude and a friendly manner and will be looking for that next role, where you can be your best.
