As WA Government CVM Support in our Account Management Team, your purpose will be to deliver on one of CTM’s core values; “Exceed to Service”. As you grow in the role, you will have the autonomy to organise and action your own daily workload with all the required training and support you need.


  • Client debtor maintenance in
Lightning/Online booking tool,
Client Data and
other associated CTM products requested by the client

  • Implementation support and set up of CTM products as requested by the client e.g.,
CTM Portal,
CTM Mobile,
Payment solutions and reporting.

  • Account Management assistance, including
overseeing the ongoing maintenance of the debtor
Reviewing and analysing client behavior to support recommendations
Telephone support and customer enquiry management
Supplier (Air/Hotel/Car) RFP management and support
Monitoring of the CVM Support client inbox, undertaking tasks and triaging work to the CVM team
Collate and prepare detailed ongoing and ad-hoc client management information and sales reports as required (from BI)
Database management including CRM and SharePoint
Online booking tool configuration support (set-up queries and changes)
Contribution into new products that come into CTM including, scoping, trials, testing, documentation, implementation, training, and ongoing upkeep.
General support as required.


  • Minimum 2-3 years travel industry experience in a support, consultant or customer service role with proven ability in effective customer service
  • Good understanding of Tramada or ability to quickly acquire the knowledge of this system
  • Intermediate level in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise according to agreed deadlines
  • Customer service focused; solution orientated with strong initiative
  • Good analytical skills to assist in the interpretation of data for Account Management and Sales
  • Strong communication skills
