Our Australian operation located in Kilcoy, (one hour north-west of Brisbane) is the largest Grain Fed Beef Producer in Australia and our corporate office is based in Birtinya.


We are looking for a Warehouse Administration Officer to provide efficient administrative support to the warehouse dispatch department. This includes (but is not limited to) receiving, issuing, and dispatching stock, and handling communication between internal and external stakeholders of Kilcoy Global Foods (KGF).

This is a permanent day shift position on the Gold Roster, which is 4 days on 4 days off, 3 days on 3 days off, and weekend work will be required. Please note Gold Roster hours are 4am – 4pm.


  • Preparing and compiling dispatch documentation
  • Efficient & accurate data entry into AX
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Timely completion of Meat Transfer Certificates (MTC’s) & Seal books (Australian Government Issued)
  • Filing and archiving of Warehouse documentation
  • Promptly reporting damages of site equipment (Forklifts, Chargers etc.)
  • Assisting with the implementation of Kronos and daily manning sheets


  • Highly developed time management, organisational and multitasking skills
  • Demonstrated the ability to work in a dynamic environment, displaying flexibly to meet changing needs, priorities, and deadlines
  • A team player who builds effective internal relationships
  • Competent data entry skills and proven experience in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Microsoft AX experience desirable but not essential
