An excellent full time, permanent career opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warranty / Customer Service Administrator to join our Brisbane Wacol location. This is an important role within the team as we continually strive to improve the level of service provided to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, providing exceptional customer service, growing service customer relationships and sales through scheduled repairs, and providing customers with timely updates throughout their service experience. Working with the warranty team to resolve all warranty enquiries and ensure that the guidelines are strictly adhered to in processing and managing claims.
