Our Workforce Management team in Asset Services is expanding and we have an opportunity for a Workforce Management Officer. Reporting to the Workforce Management Lead, this role will be responsible for supporting the mobilisation of our workforce for shutdown projects, assist in managing and maintaining our talent pools whilst managing stakeholder relationships to provide effective solutions to the business.
A strong customer service focus with the ability to collaborate, influence and foster teamwork.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
High levels of motivation, excellent time management, administration and organisational skills.
A flexible and adaptable approach to changing demands within the business.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. Vlookups and pivot tables) and capability to learn the workforce management software.
