This is an exciting opportunity to join our South Australian Real Estate Management Services and lead the facilities management function, shaping our service delivery and developing best practice initiatives.

This position would suit someone who has previously worked in senior roles within Facilities Management with 10+ years experience.

This role is State Head of Facilities Management and is a Director level role located in our Adelaide CBD office.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Responsible for the strategic direction and facilities management service delivery in SA
  • Providing leadership and direction to Facilities Managers based on client sites across SA
  • Drive best practice by collaborating, providing technical training and administering a comprehensive compliance program with the South Australian Real estate Management Services team
  • Build client relationships, creating new business opportunities and proposal development



To excel in this position, you will ideally have:

  • Extensive experience in the delivery of facilities and operational management services
  • Excellent business and operations acumen
  • Strong client engagement and the capacity to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of industry best practice, sustainability and legislative compliance
