Please read these terms of use (the 'Terms') carefully. By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Website, or any of Services, immediately.

QWER reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. When QWER updates the Terms, it will use reasonable endeavours to provide you with notice of updates to the Terms. Any changes to the Terms take immediate effect from the date of their publication. Before you continue, we recommend you keep a copy of the Terms for your records.


We are currently in beta release until further notice is provided. Within the beta release, we intentionally disabled some features to test some of our algorithms or features and these algorithms or features may be turned on and off from time to time, we still collect your data and will continuously improve the process.

While we are in beta there may be some tests conducted which include test accounts, test jobs, test data to test some functionality in production.

QWER doesn't own any jobs or candidates. It provides a portal to enable companies to find candidates and candidates to find jobs.

Not all the jobs in QWER utilise the full functionality provided by QWER. Some companies may prefer to externally manage their jobs but may advertise in QWER and may not directly accept applications from QWER.

QWER is not responsible for jobs that are expired and not updated in any of our applications. Review of such job applications is completely at the company's discretion.

QWER's tools, technologies, algorithms, software are to be used only as insights but doesn't guaranty hiring. Hiring is completely in the company's interest.

QWER provides a bridge between companies/recruiters with candidates. QWER is not responsible for the jobs advertised by the companies. QWER is not responsible for the nature of jobs, state of the role, any communication to be done directly to the company. QWER allows third-party agencies to post jobs on-behalf of companies, any such correspondence goes straight to the companies or company that posted the job.


The content on QWER, including your data is owned by QWER. The content on this website is to be used within the website or can be downloaded (including emailing, printing, screenshotting) for personal use only. At any time content in the QWER should not be redistributed, transferred, sold, used without written approval from QWER. You are not allowed to run any sort of data scrappers or bots or scripts or scanners without written approval from QWER.


Security including but not limited to vulnerabilities, bugs in the code, firewall, layers, access shouldn't be tested without written approval from QWER. Running any vulnerability scanners or performing Cyber-attacks are strictly prohibited and can lead to legal proceedings. QWER also doesn't provide any warranty of any content or transfers that are outside QWER including emails, phone calls, malicious content delivery, infected links. This website is free for a limited time and limited use. QWER reserves its rights to charge fee from both the candidates and companies at any time by providing them a 30 days' notice. The fee could be for subscription and/or cost for posting a job and/or based on job categories.
