About the role:
We have a permanent full time opportunity as an Analyst – Energy & Greenhouse where you will support the Corporation to achieve its corporate objectives through the delivery of a comprehensive range of analysis and support services in the management of its energy use, energy contracts and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
Our team manage all the electricity contracts that Water Corporation hold. With 2500 sites, we are a big consumer of electricity. We are the team who establish the energy budget and prepare federal reporting of our electricity contracts.
Our assets generate electricity which we report to the clean energy regulator. We produce renewable energy from biogas.
You will work in a collaborative team of 4, who are cross functionally trained in a range of roles within the Energy Markets and Reporting area. Being a team player will be valued.
We analyse data and strategise on where we can save costs on energy.
You will work for a Leader who allows you to run your projects in your way. He is not set in processes but rather outcomes focussed. Expectations will be set, and you will use your strengths to achieve results.
