Job Description

A great opportunity for an Associate with at least 2 year of post-admission experience in commercial, corporate, probity or procurement to join their team. The team is led by three leading partners having exposure to a range of Commonwealth and private clients.

• You will advise government and private clients on a range of matters, such as providing legal and strategic corporate and procurement advice.
• Providing high quality advice on commercial matters, extending to matters involving IP, Technology and Data.
• Drafting and negotiating various types of procurement agreements, data sharing agreements, agency agreements, licence agreements and various other forms of commercial agreements.
• Advising on contractual interpretation, including in the context of resolving disputes before these become litigious.
• Advising on other commercial matters as they arise.
