Client Service Representative - MVSC

• Based at Glen Waverley, and Essendon Fields on occasion
• Part time role (20 – 30 hours per week)
• Minimum 2 years Reception/Client Services experience essential
• Experience within the veterinary or health industry highly regarded

The Melbourne Veterinary Specialist Centre is a multi-disciplinary specialist veterinary centre providing services to Clients and Veterinary Practices within Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria.

We are seeking a Client Services Representative who demonstrates a high level of professionalism and customer service skills, enthusiasm, energy and empathy at all times, for the delivery of excellence in a friendly working environment.

This is a busy, part time role with your key areas of responsibility involving the following:

• Being the friendly face of MVSC, greeting clients with warmth and professionality at all times
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, staff and referring Veterinarians
• Answering telephones and scheduling appointments
• Admitting and discharging patients
• Maintaining accurate client files
• Organising post and couriers
• Accepting and finalising payments

The successful candidate for this role will have the following skills:
