All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking a Diversity & Inclusion Specialist for a temporary role until June 2023. The role is based in Brisbane CBD.

• $83.28 p/h including casual loading
• Brisbane CBD location

The Diversity and Inclusion Specialist is responsible for the delivery of key strategic workforce initiatives, including those identified at a sector-wide level.

As a change agent within the department, this role requires demonstrated knowledge of contemporary diversity and inclusion principles and HR practices, as well as effective engagement skills to help drive stakeholders to achieving a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Your responsibilities include –

• Delivering complex initiatives within the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, along with programs to promote diversity, inclusion and belonging.
• Actively support the Department’s Diversity and Inclusion Network.
• Monitoring and reporting on the achievement of required outcomes and targets for inclusion and belonging programs as well as providing feedback to management on new and emerging opportunities, areas for service improvement and issues that relate to inclusion and belonging.
• Develop submissions, briefs, presentations and project documentation for organisation wide diversity and inclusion programs including scope of work, options analysis, risk mitigation, business impacts, best practice solutions, and implementation strategies for the Executive Leadership Team.
• Managing the department’s Women in Emerging Leadership mentoring program, including contractor management, staff engagement, communications and evaluation.
• Designing workshops on a range of diversity and inclusion topics for the workforce.
