This global technology organisation are market leaders in their space, and pride themselves on their forward-thinking and innovative processes.

You will be responsible for providing high level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Email, diary, and calendar management;
  • Extensive international travel management;
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes;
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner;
  • Preparing presentations, correspondence, and reports; and
  • Ad hoc administration duties.

To be considered for this role you will have proven experience working as an Executive Assistant. In addition to this you will have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication;
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines;
  • High level of attention to detail;
  • A positive and proactive attitude to work.

Salary on offer is up to $100k + Superannuation.
