About the role:

As part of our newly formed Transformation team, we are looking for an experienced Business Improvement Specialist to influence and shape transformative change across the business. Reporting to the General Manager – Transformation, this role will help drive the transformation improvement program for the organisation with a focus on embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

You will enjoy partnering with leaders across the business on high value problems and projects, to drive step-change improvement. Creating a positive impact through proactive consulting, presenting analysis and providing recommendations which are commercially advantageous. This collaborative role will focus on building relationships, influencing and bring people along on a journey of change.

You’ll join an experienced team that’s changing the way it delivers for its customers. Ultimately, building on strengths, continuously improving, and delivering a better way of working for everyone

About you:

You’re an experienced business improvement leader at heart. Your proven experience with transformative change will ensure your team delivers against business objectives and plans.

Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various levels of management will be key to success in this role. It’ll be your zest for continuous improvement and transformation that will pave your route to success in this role. As will your experience in business improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen within a transformational context.

Ideally, you’ll have a degree-level qualification in Commerce, Business, Engineering and/or related disciplines, together with relevant experience.
