About the role
The Team Leader manages a team of nine administrative officers and plays an integral part in driving effective and efficient Division management by leading, supporting and developing staff responsible for processing applications, hearing notices, correspondence, fees, Member referrals, filing and correspondence.
The role works closely with two other team leaders and is required to proactively oversee and manage the performance outputs and service delivery of the team, according to changing workload and priorities. The ability to manage complex and sensitive cases and escalated client contact is also an important function of the role. This process will be used to establish an Order of Merit for upcoming Team Leader vacancies in the Human Rights Division
