Accounts & Admin Officer

 You ideally have some prior accounting experience. You are passionate about accounting and have high career ambitions. You are eager to learn and improve your accounting experience. You want to join a finance team of well-established business and will be involved in day-to-day accounting.

Reporting Relationship:

• AR Manager
• Shared Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts receivables and accounts payable
• Processing vendor invoices and issuing invoices to customers
• Liaising with operational staff and responding to clients and vendor queries
• Processing fortnightly payroll
• Adhere to all office policies and procedures
• Administration duties including answering phone calls

Skills & Experiences:

• Must have very good MS Excel skills
• Experience of accounting and finance processes preferred
• Experience with accounting system preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills is must
• Self-motivated, results driven and likes solving problems
• Eager to improve and learn new tasks
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
