Admin/Accounts Entry Level Role - part-time hours

We have an outstanding opportunity in an ongoing casual role where you will work on average 3-4 days per week based in Adelaide's CBD!

Within this role you will join a busy accounts team and perform a variety of administrative and basic accounts duties where full training will be provided!

This role is perfect is you love data entry and have that real attention to detail.

This is an ongoing role based on a casual basis so is absolutely perfect for those studying at University and want to gain valuable office experience.


Duties include but are not limited to:

• Data entry into various systems
• Invoicing
• Banking
• Collating various documents
• Basic accounting tasks
• Ad hoc administrative tasks assisting others within the business

As the ideal candidate, you will possess the following skills/attributes:

• Currently attending University and wanting an ongoing casual position within an office environment! Added bonus if you are studying Accounting
• You must have completed your Senior Certificate as a minimum
• Accurate typing (40wpm +)
• Intermediate skills in Word & Excel
• Can-do attitude
• Confident communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail and great with numbers
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Professional presentation – enjoy working in a corporate office!
