- A field-based role that embraces an online offline approach
- A high level of execution through a commercial sales strategy, salon engagement and business coaching approach
- Create an annual business plan/trade marketing plan taking into account levers of growth to achieve brand results (sell-in, sell-out, market share) and the profitability of brands within the account.
- Lead or participate in the negotiations with retailers/clients on key launches, space, location and stock. Establish and develop partnerships and strong relationships
- Establish and implement the plan including trade marketing/animation/ merchandising/training. Follow up return-on- investment of actions and animations. Support the development of the account, including e-retail.
- Drive the performance of their accounts (P & L). Manage stock agreements with trade partners.
- Co-ordinate with other internal departments on retailer/client activity (sales, supply chain, marketing, customer service, education, merchandising, legal department).
- Effectively driving sales results within an established client-base.
- Evaluating and securing opportunities for new business across Melbourne’s Northwest, West & Inner City
- Assist our partners’ business growth by adding value through strong relationships and professional marketing support. Driving a strong sell our strategy with your salon partners
- Consult and educate our partners regarding current trends and techniques to enhance client traffic.
- Conduct regular development meetings to track the achievement of sales targets and identify possible development activities.
- Ensure brand image is expressed and maintained at every point of sale
- Please note this is a 9 month maternity contract

- You are a dynamic professional with a passion for driving new business and sales results.
- You are highly motivated and have the ability to communicate and negotiate at a high level, as well as the ability to present in front of large groups.
- You are a natural self-starter, not afraid to meet new people.
- Ideally, you will have held a similar role within the Hair Care / FMCG industry although a general strong sales background and the right attitude is imperative.
