About the Role- Prepare, Scan, Quality Control, Validate and Quality Assure electronic medical records for all clinical and business units across the hospital campus.- Perform general duties related to the maintenance and care of patient medical records and the systems used to scan these files.- Support clinical business units with their medical record requirements including the end user assistance on the ieMR and related information systems.- After hours administration of release of information in accordance with relevant legislation, policy and statutory requirements. This includes mid level interpretation and communication of patient information contained within the electronic medical record and other hospital information systems to authorised external enquirers.- Comply with and adhere to Queensland Health policies, procedures, standards and legislation relevant to the role and work area.
