Change Manager RFQ-ASD-176-2022
The Change Manager will be responsible for the change manager activities to ensure the appropriate uptake and implementation of capabilities managed and delivered within Enterprise Technology System Program Office (ETSPO).
SFIA level: 5
Responsibilities:
1. Implement the required activities to successfully enable change within a complex IT environment.
2. Develop change plans to enable users transition and acceptance of new IT capabilities.
3. Lead engagement with a wide variety of diverse stakeholders with differing level of change maturity.
4. Collaborate and motivate Change Champions to ensure success of change activities.
5. Codification of developed knowledge to enable knowledge transfer to ASD contractors and employees.
Desirable:
Experience in the Defence Intelligence community preferred.
Location:
The role is based in Canberra with potential travel.
