The Opportunity

As a Community and Disability Rostering Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing rostering support. All rosters and administrative functions are managed and coordinated within this role, offering a front-of-house access point despite being a national mobile health company, without face-to-face administrative services

You will be responsible for

  • Organising, Managing and Coordinating Run optimisation for up to 20 clinicians within the mobile health industry.
  • Processing ongoing service requests, ensuring funding and medical documentation aligns with our offered service model.
  • Taking general enquiries via a shared phoneline system, alongside the C&D Rostering team.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing service enquiries via email communication – between case managers and clinical supports.
  • Actioning of clinician requests surrounding run improvements, alterations and requirements.
  • Analysing clinician availability and offering workforce resourcing commentary for National Modality Management, and Residential Age Care Teams.

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role within rostering and administration
  • Administration skills
  • Attention to deal
  • Excellent customer service skills

Additionally, you will require

  • COVID vaccinations
  • NDIS workers screening
  • National Police clearance
  • Right to work evidence
