Then you could be the perfect Corporate Records Officer (AO4) for our service. Specifically, we’re looking for an administrative professional with demonstrated experience as a HPRM operator or willingness to undergo training with the ability to effectively work with a high volume file storage and retrieval system. Someone with demonstrated knowledge of records management principles and methods and a demonstrated understanding of integrity, responsibility and confidentiality. Importantly, if you are an overseas resident with a temporary visa, please apply. This position will be open to you if no suitable Australian permanent resident or citizen is identified.

Here at Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network, the Corporate Records Officer (AO4) position aims to provide assistance to users and support in the operation of all aspects of the corporate electronic document record management system (HPRM), ensuring records are authentic, complete, assessable and meet the conditions for destruction as per NSW State Records GDA. The role and responsibilities are to be carried out in a manner that is consistent with delegations, policies, procedures and operations systems of JH&FMHN, and in line with both the NSW Health Code of Conduct and JH&FMHN Code of Conduct.
