The Role:
Territory - South Australia
To sell and grow the Sanofi product (Dupixent) using ethical approaches within a defined territory in the hospital environment to achieve set business targets and objectives. This position is PT (22.5hrs) and worked across 3 days.
 
Role Responsibilities:
  • Implement sales strategy and promotional activities to meet and exceed sales target.
  • Sell the benefits of Dupixent to target customers including specialists, nurses and pharmacists, according to sales and marketing strategies.
  • Effectively utilise all approved sales support materials, clinical papers and other resources to maximise sales call quality and implement sales strategy.
  • Deliver effective and relevant presentations for hospital units and accounts.
  • Apply knowledge of all promoted products, key competitor products, major clinical trials, and clinical disease states to maximise sales.
  • Maintain activity in line with agreed Business Plan including face-to-face calls (in person or via zoom), trade displays, conferences, educational events etc.
  • Develop new business and maintain existing accounts through regular and valuable contact with target customers in line with sales strategy.
  • Identify and work with ASTHMA KOLs, both existing and potential, in line with the strategic marketing direction for the product portfolio.
  • Assist in / organise meetings and seminars to promote company image and / or product awareness with the objective of achieving sales targets in line with strategy.
  • Ensure effective management of territory by efficient time management, resource utilisation.
  • Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales colleagues, Key Account Managers to ensure efforts are aligned to achieve company sales and marketing objectives.
  • Demonstrate an expert knowledge of territory and customer/accounts through analysis.
 
About You & Key Criteria for the role:
  • 3 -5 years’ experience in a Specialist Representative, Hospital Sales Representative position or similar
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, Science, Nursing, Business, Marketing or Education. Alternatively, extensive pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Completion of Medicines Australia CEP
  • Full Drivers Licence
  • Respiratory experience highly preferred
  • Experience or working knowledge of the hospital environment
  • Experience working with biologic medicines
