As a Duty Manager at Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade you will be responsible for managing and assisting in the running of the entire hotel rooms division operation during your shift. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will appropriately allocate resources across the operation and ensure that Crown’s policies, procedures and brand standards are adhered to across all operational departments.
We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional, who can inspire and motivate a team of Front Office Clerks, Concierge and Bell Attendants and go above and beyond for our hotel guests. This is a fast-paced environment with exciting progression opportunities for candidates looking for long term career opportunities within the hotel industry.
Essential Criteria:
- Hotel management experience at a departmental level within a superior hotel
- Strong knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office suite
- Extensive customer service experience
- 24/7 availability
Preferred Criteria:
- Hospitality or business-related qualification
- Knowledge of the Opera Property Management System
